I am installing a motherboard into a new case and when I went to put the I/O panel in there wasn't one. What do you think that I should do since I do not have a panel and the one on the case obviously won't work.

Is there any websites that sell just the panel?

Try emailing or calling the motherboard manufacturer and tell them you didnt get one with your motherboard. They should send one to you.

In the short term, put it in without it. It's mainly there to block noise and make it look good, and also prevent you from accidently shorting the motherboard when your trying to put stuff in. It's not really that important.
