What should i do?

I have recently been working out a deal with someone on this forum. I was going to purchase a 478 mobo for 15 dollars COD He said he was going to go send it tomorrow like 3 days ago. I have sent him about 4 PMs asking if he had sent it or if he was going to. I have seen him online numerous times. I think he is ignoring me but he said he was going to do it. And i need a 478 mobo really bad and soon. What should i do?
