Premier and business accounts charge a small fee for receiving funds. If you don't care about accepting credit card payments then you can just use a personal account.
There is no limit as to how much money you can send or withdraw with a personal account, as long as you have a verified debit/credit card.
The premiere fee is something like 1.5-2.5% + $.30 or something. It's a really small fee, not really a big deal. Business is a higher fee but I'm not sure by how much. You can find all that info on Paypal's website.
but they do take a small amount when you recieve payments.
its totally worth it to me tho, as this hands down beats my customers mailing checks and money orders that may be fraudulant, or simply good checks and money orders, it just saves me time....alot of time.
