Comcast is testing 10Gb connections, but what's the point when they won't get rid of their stupid caps.

Fixed the upload, it actually wasn't IPS throttle but a bug with throttle profiles.

Even if they tested at 10 gb in my area it wouldn't matter because my modem tops out at 2gb.
