yep, looks like the task manager.
its the thing that shows up when you press Ctrl-Alt-Del.
but im pretty sure you know that

wow, I never noticed that before, but I never look down there when I open up task manager...

...

the only time I ever notice it is when my system is practically frozen when running total video converter...

oh well, ya learn something new every day...
