Not really, the adapter would need to be on card. Their isn't much of a market for this. PCI-E to AGP adapters were used quite a bit though, coulda made a very nice profit off of that.

Not really...I mean besides the fact that the much smaller bandwidth of PCI would limit it severely, all new computers have PCI Express ports.
