What does this mean?

I wanted to look.at a web page and this nonsence was on the computer screen. both of my computers. One has Windows XP and the other has WIndWindows. Used different web browsers. Also different web browsers on iPad Pro. The same annoying screen. How do I fix this?

Due to the unpredictable and largely unsafe nature of the internet, most recently updated browsers have a preference for newer security protocols, and the site you are trying to access is not up to that level. The people who run the site should update their pages using a newer security protocol.

This page explains it a bit better and provides a workaround for Chrome.

I did the above bit, I do not see the setting suggested in line 2.


1. Go to the "Chrome://flags" from the address bar.
2. Find "Minimum SSL/TLS" version support"
3. Select " SSLv3" option.

It should be worked.
