so i got it in today and it wont boot up the screen stays black and i have to shut my comp. down and re-install my old card. any suggestions

youve checked all the connections to the monitor and have connected any extra power cables (if required)? does the pc sound like its booting up properly? might want ot get in touch with the seller and tell him youre having problems

well the is running on the video card when i boot the computer and my computer runs off the old video card? idk? i will contact the seller. thanks a lot
