sorry for all the links, but thinkgs weren't transferring very well. So that is what i'm thinking, but I don't know a whole lot about what I'm doing. So if you guys could look at this stuff and tell me if everything will work together or not.

Thanks.

All looks good to me at the moment but my only concern is whether or not that motherboard will properly recognize the new phenom processors. You might have to do a BIOS update. Maybe someone else can confirm that.

And also, you shouldn't need too big of a power supply to run it.

I'd suggest a MSI K9N Diamond, it's a 590 chipset. And better then the M2N SLi. If you're an asus fanboy get the crosshair. Also, that GPU is gona bottle neck. Get this.

XFX 8800GT

i'm not gonna a whole lotta gaming with this, so do you still think that I would be a problem?
also out of curiosity, why did you pick that motherboard? (just trying to learn)

Don't bother with the better graphics card unless you're gaming. You might want something a little better though, even just like an 8500GT:

8 gigs of RAM? What are you doing with this computer? If you're doing anything besides THE MOST hardcore video editing or CAD, that's just a waste of money. Get 4 gigs of DDR2-1000 faster RAM:

I'd also recommend this PSU:

Wow I was just thinking you're a hardcore gamer (8GB Ram) So I reccomended the 8800GT. Plus it looks like you have an unlimited budget.

Unlimted no, but I do want a quality system thats gonna last for awhile. This comp. will be my personal computer and it will be running two buisnesses

no computer needs 8gb. well not yet , maby in the future . with that system u proberly only need 2, and if u have xp and not vista u wont even be able to see that ram

oh and if u wont it only for business get the 8500 and then dont install any apps or games and it will last a long time
