What do you guys think about this for a cheap media PC build?

Here's what I got so far. I'm not trying for anything fancy, just something to watch movies and listen to music on. I have a better PC that will be storing all the media files. I'll be using old cases, monitors, keyboards, mice and speakers.

BIOSTAR A785G3 AM3 AMD 785G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Diablotek PHD Series PHD350 350W ATX12V V2.2 Power Supply

AMD Athlon II X2 240 Regor 2.8GHz Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core Processor Model ADX240OCK23GQ - OEM

Crucial Ballistix 2GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory Model BL25664BN1337

Western Digital Caviar Blue WD1600AAJS 160GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

SAMSUNG 24x DVD Burner - Bulk SATA Model SH-S243N/BEBS LightScribe Support - OEM

COOLER MASTER RR-H101-22FK-RA 80mm Long life sleeve bearing CPU Cooler

I plan on eventually building about 3 or 4 of these for different rooms in the house. I'll use cat5e to connect to the network wherever possible and wireless bridges where I can't run cable. No gaming on any of these PCs so all I'm looking to do with these are watch movies, listen to music and maybe some web browsing. The goal is to do this as cheaply as possible. So, does this build look ok for the intended purpose?
