What cell would you suggest?

I'm looking to do the eBay thing and get a cell phone. I'm not entirely familiar with the different models and their features, but I'm hoping maybe someone here will cue up and say THIS ONE! I'm basically looking for a cell phone with a speaker phone, good quality video capture (not jumpy or choppy), and internet access. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have the moto e815 and i love it except for some verizon issues with charging. My first phone was defective as well as the battery, so they gave me a new one with the same battery so it is still defective. I have to take this one back now.

other than that its an excellent phone... loads of features (especially if you hack it hehehe).
