Hey guys, in the need for a new monitor, and boxing day is almost here, im looking to get a new monitor mostly for gaming and TV use (i have a TV tuner in my computer)

im really interested in the I-Inc 28" monitor, as ive read good reviews on it, but id like to know the professionals perspective on it.

if you dont know what it is:

The only thing that bothers me is that they don't have DVI ports, which is the current standard for monitors.

Looks pretty good, but I hope that 800:1 contrast ratio isn't dynamic, otherwise, its going to have really bad blacks, with low detail, as it'd drop the figure dramatically.

For a 28 inch monitor though, thats very cheap indeed.

yeah people report that once they get it theres always 1 dead pixel (not really a matter, dont care as much) and they find they have to turn down the brightness aswell. i just found an LG 24" go down in price, wonder if that might be better lol
