I'm French Canadian - From Fathers side
And Irish - From Mothers side

Mom is 100% "British."
Dad is 100% German.
I am 50% each.

Personally, I prefer the German side. Great engineers, and I want to visit someday (not for heritige purposes, but because I'm told its a really nice place and I wanna check it out).

Both my families came over to the US BEFORE it was the US, so I consider my self "North American White Type" before anything else.

Heritige is over-rated I think though.
