It's useless. The rate that your email address get sold to advertisers is faster than you can unsubscribe. And if you go to unsubscribe, thats just another way you can spread your email to spammers.

I thought that unsubscribe sent my e-mail address to other places but I didn't know for sure. Its like a premonition thing. I had a premonition about 1 year ago that scientists would discover that too much exercise can heart you and about 1 week to 1 month later I heard on tv that scientists did that.

yeah some spam companies sell your email address if you respond in any way because they can tell that it was obviously a valid address. as for too much exercise hurting.....that goes without saying marathons hurt.

Is that spam or a scam or something similar?
