Weird "System 32" window wont go away

Hi all, I have windows XP and I installed norton antivirus.

On bootup, I get a window that says "System 32" it is a normal looking desktop window which says, 'These Files are hidden, the folder contains files that keep your system working properly, these files should not be modified." This window appears on boot up and never goes away. Also, I cant seem to find a way to turn it off or get it to not pop up. Anyone know what I am talking about or experienced this same situation?

Start > Run type in Msconfig then go to the startup tab and then uncheck it... i dont kno what it cud be and shudnt be doing that if it keeps happening Format but then again wheres the fun in that
