Weird Keyboard Things

Can someone give me a list of those keyboard key-combos to make the weird stuff like upside down !'s and dots over the u's ECT.

If you press and hold down alt and then some random numbers then let go of alt on the numberpad then it makes really cool symbols, like:

≡ Θ ⌂ ▐ ¥ ╜« M à Ü

Thats what he means. I don't know how to get certain ones, I just pressed random numbers to get those. Just clarifying for cobra and others.

Well...

If i read this right you want symbols in another language. That's done from the setup that governs where the computer is operated like in the UK for exsample. I'm braindead at the moment guys help me out here.

I know ctrl + apostrophe + letter = the letter with a french accent on the top, but thats all i can help you out with my friend
