webcam trouble!!

hello guys, new here and guess this might be the best place to put this thread!!

I have a veo stingray webcam, http://www.veo.com/Stingray/default.asp
have had it for some time now and it still works fine. But since I have put in my tvtuner card, wintv-pvr150, the cam doesnt seem to work with msn, or yahoo but works fine with skype!!

so, I was wondering what could possibly be hindering it from working with msn and yahoo??

heck, my mic doesnt even work now with msn or yahoo either, which is weird!!

can you select the input from whihc the picture comes from? ie is it selected to your tv tuner card instead of your webcam?

nope, I checked it all out and its selected to the cam!!

here is a screen shot of the "audio/video setup" which shows that the cam is working.

after, I click finish and then go to, "camera settings" and this is what it shows.
as you can see where it says "camera selection", it doesnt let me pick the camera, now this is what is not letting the camera work and I dont know why!!
