web hosting server down

hello,

traffic today of my website was reduced greatly. so i started researching:
1) i can reach the website without any problems
2) a tool checking keyword density could not make it, it said "cannot reach website"
3) googlebots crawl the site without any problems
4) A friend of mine in a different country could not reach the site.

What's the problem? I'm a stump...

well, the problem was solved in 24 hours. So far, i did not get any answer since i contacted hosting staff - it's been 7 days for now.

If all their stuff runs on the same server, it's possible that they didn't receive your message due to the outage.
