at present i m getting linux dedicated server from cpwebhosting.net at $110. is there is any other web host which provides cheaper service then cpwebhosting.net

Yes. There are many.

Hivelocity and Serverbeach also have dedicated cellys at half the price of cpwebhosting. Cpwebhosting.net is blocked (censored) on WHT (not a good sign, usually means they are either spammers or scammers).
