My lap top is retarded like many others computers i have had in life.
Why does my webcam work in Yahoo but never in: Msn7messenger, ICQ, QQ (chinese)
you can see the test area in Audio video setup image fine - but when you try to change web cam settings or talk it never detects it, or says it's in use somewhere else (no it's not)
- is there a difference between yahoo and msn or is it my computer - maybe i need to copy some files somewhere for auto detection -
