Warcraft 4 - in the making???!!

I was just on support with blizzard, as I had issues getting into wc3... (all solved now), however when I asked him when WC4 is coming out he said "soon tm" (so cant tell me the date), but does this mean its in the making now?!?!

There wont be a WC4 any time soon, what so ever... Blizzard is bled it to death thanks to WoW.

They normally say that when it's in the pipe lines but years away?..
