been with Freeserve for 3 years, they changed to wanadoo, Still no probs.

Nope, none at all. Been with Freeserve for well on, erm, must be about four and a half years now; almost one with Broadband and now one week with 1Mpbs. Its always worked when I wanted it to and never failed. I don't think I'd use anything else.

thanks guys, Just it took them 2 weeks to tell me my details were incorect and they had billed me for modem in total of 80.00 when its meant to be free, all is sorted with them now tho.

Cool, thanks for telling us! They can be a little messed up sometimes; but they're good once you're done.

my town is rather small, so for cable internet we only have one option. thats amtelecom. it's actually really fast. i ran an online test they have and it came out to be 1349.6 kb/s. that makes it 1.32 Mbps. the service isnt the best though. some days i can't connect at all. and it takes a while to be able to get back on, but hey, they are monolized in this town. we have to deal with it.

Lol. 1.32 is good - can't wait until maybe they bring in Wanadoo 2Mbps! Yey.

amtelecom offers a higher speed yet.. not sure what it is exactly. but it's almost twice as expensive and i figure what i have is good enough.

Yeah, I can't imagine needed any higher than 1Mbps now - but in due time - maybe I may? When its cheaper of course.
