somehow windows 7 decided on it's own, to increase the size of my aspect ratio so much I don't have a toolbar on my desktop (using a TV as a monitor never had a problem untill today).
Iv'e tryed to resize it back w/ graphics scaling previously where set a 100 horizontal and 100 vertical I reduced down to 30 H, V. still the display is so big I can't see toolbar.
I've tryed adjusting the TVs aspect ratio w/ screen fit and 16x9 no change.
I've tryed readjusting the display w/in windows media center no change.
I've tryed adjusting resolution it's set at Samsung, 1910x 1080 landscape
Please advice on properly adjusting aspect ratio so I can have a toolbar.
Thanks STB
