Voiding mobo warranty

im going to get a motherboard for my new build

its a Gigabyte EP45-UD3P

if i overclock my E8400 it will void the warranty right..??
but i heard that overclocking doesnt void the EVGA warranty
so if i was to get a EVGA mobo which one would i get for around the same price as that gigabyte one

Overclocking a CPU voids the CPU warranty, but usualy it wont void a motherboard warranty, check out the Gigabyte site and see if they have disclaimers on there warrantys as most high end motherboards are built for that purpose.
