I am doing work with taking VOB Files from a DVD and puting them onto my computer.
I know a VOB File is already Compresssed on a DVD so any other format convertion will be adding Compresstion to it.
But if I want to keep the VOB File as is you know ad no more or little compresstion to it wen I convert it to say AVi or wwhatever I will be doing sould I keep the Video Bitrate to 9800 kpbs or what is good for keeping it as is???
