I have 5 identical machines running Vista. I have one windows 2000 machine, that has a purpose only to share files. All my vista machines connected to the the win2k with a user name and password except for one.
There isnt anything different that I can see. I checked netview and I get the error 5 at the command prompt.
When I try to connect using user name "amber", It just says incorrect login. No matter what login I use, I get the same thing. I created a local account on the vista machine to match the user name on the windows 2000 machine, and still nothing.
Any ideas?
p.s. the nonconnecting vista machine has all the latest updates.
