Because I'm going to wait till at least sp1 until they get all the bugs worked out and the price comes down.

You won't have to wait long. Rumor is that the Vista Service Pack 1 will be released later this year.

I have XP Home, some are saying that after a certain date, it'll stop working & I'll have to install a Vista disc.
