I've never heard a PDP-11 described as a supercomputer before. While they were widely used, I don't think they were in the same league as a Cray supercomputer.

Minicomputer would be the correct classification for it

World's biggest misnomer - a bus-sized computer called a "minicomputer"..

That's almost as absurd as a computer named after fruit.
