Here is my build:
P4 3.0 GHZ
1 GB Dual Channel RAM
RADEON 9800 PRO graphics (just updated to the newest driver)
120 GB SATA drive
Windows XP SP2
Basically I havent had any problems with this setup for some time, until I installed Command and Conquer 3. As soon as I started playing it, I noticed pixel-like artifacts that usually flash on and off quickly as I scroll around in the game. I took a screen print to help understand what is going on.
I then updated my graphics card driver, and still have the same problem. The game requires a 64MB graphics card, I have a 128MB card.
Has anyone ever seen something like this before? Thanks. Oh yeah, I increased the contrast and brightness to see the artifacts easier.
