I recently got an HDMI audio extractor and it is fed from my HP PC using a displayport to hdmi adapter then the hdmi out of the extractor feeds my monitor using an HDMI to DVI cable.
Anyways whenever I play Amazon Music or Apple Music (only two services I can access at work) in any browser the monitor goes blank while the main monitor is fine.
If I unplug and plug back in quickly the HDMI cable going to the monitor after the audio is stopped the screen comes back on and the audio plays fine.
Any idea what the issue can be?
I have limited ability to change settings as I am not an administrator where I work.
