yes... provided you learn how to keyframe..

You should take a look at the e-manual that comes with the software. That is by far the most informative info on doing things you will see.

so it can do the thing where the little white boxes are scanning around the screen?
When you say keyframe...is that at all similar to flash?
Also, out of the three that you recommended, which one would be your number one choice?

I would recommend premier. AVID is awesome software, but won't be too friendly if you dont know whats going on. Not that premier is easy (its not), but premier has, as said by uzi, guides all over the place.

Keyframing isn't hard, but it does take a bit to learn.
