Video Card ????

I need to buy a new Video Card but I'm not sure which one...

Thats the slot that I think the Video Card goes in I'm not a 100% sure. Can anyone recomment a good Video Card for me? I mostly play online FPS.

I dont know what kind of motherboard it is i could prolly find out though. My budget is around $150ish
