Spent a small fortune on my card and i had lots of probs, they didnt answer me once! In the end the shop i bought it off from the net were much more helpful.

OIC now, I was dealing with the North American division of Leadtek. They had great service and responded quickly to my RMA request. I just now checked out their website and it has completely changed since I was last there. I also see some of their policies have changed too.
