Video Card Manufacture question

I check list of manufacture of video cards and i found new company called GIL, Leadtek and other which i never heard before...

so my question

does manufacture ( top dog vs unheard company) make different? i am too not sure because they use nvidia and ati. so which is more important to look up at manufacture or video type?

for example

nvidia video card

GIL FORSA GF6600
256MB DDR2 PCI-E TV+DVI for 130cdn
vs
MSI V801 NX6800GS-TD256E
256MB DDR3,PCI-E,TV-Out, DVI for 250cdn

only difference is RAM and manufacture
but cost is completely huge difference.

my video card is msi with nvidia because i think its very excellent manufacture

No, those are two separate cards. One's a 6600, one's a 6800GS.

you can't compare those to cards like jammx said since they are two different models. However, say u have a MSI 6600 and a BFG 6600; then yes there are differences in quality. Some could have better cooling and be less loud , etc...

eVGA and MSI are my favorites. Once you start talking about the best companies, its all just prefrence.
