Video Card and RAM

I'm looking to update my desktop computer (HP Pavilion a6137) with some more RAM and a fairly cheap (Under $100) video card so that it would be able to run games such as minecraft. My current video card is an Intel® 82945G Express Chipset and I have 2 GB of RAM.
Do any of you guys have any suggestions of what I should look at purchasing?

mate i recommend u to get geforce nvidia graphic card its one the best graphic going m8 i got it in my pc u can have 3d glass with the card and it does everything what it say on the box

I second the GT 430, my brother has it in his medium-powered PC, and Fraps says he gets around 1000fps in Minecraft xD. Your suggestion is very general Murphy, every NVIDIA GPU post-RAGE has been called GeForce, from the GeForce GO to the GeForce GTX 590.

The AMD Radeon choice for the same/about the same price as the GT 430 would be the HD 5570

I can't find anything to compare to the Mushkin in a similar price range, it looks like real good value there.
