Video capture not working from Canon ZR 930

No, I don't think so. When I plugged it in the first time, I had the Corel program already running and it recognized the camcorder right away.
I'll continue with this problem tomorrow. Thanks again for your time.
 
Easy way to check in the morning. Go to your device manager and check: where the camcorder shows up and see if you can update the driver.

Back from holidays, trying to get my camcorder video transfer working. I did what Yevrag35 suggested and tried to update the driver. Windows Vista came back with a message: "The best driver software for your device is already installed". The only things I can think of now is a faulty camcorder or a faulty cable?

When I tried to update driver, Windows Vista came back with the message :"The best possible diver for your device is already installed". Tomorrow, I will buy another cable. Maybe that's the problem?
