Hi guys a simple question

which is the best

6600GT 550Mhz core clock and 1100Mhz 128mb ram

or

6800XT 350mhz core clock and 1000mhz 256mb ram

?

6600GT; has the same amount of pipelines with much higher clocks and uses GDDR3 memory (I believe the 6800XT doesn't).

I'd get the 6600GT, to be honest. Higher clock speeds.
