Very Low Budget Build

I need to build a desktop for my sister. All she does is surf the web and watch videos on Youtube. I want to keep this as cheap as possible. I don't need anything for gaming and might just use the integrated graphics card on the motherboard. I have a budget of $150 and I already have a hard drive, OS, case and optical drive.


What do you guys think of this build?

Subtracting the hard drive, os and optical drive should give you close to $150??
