Very bad gameplay with an 8800GTS in CSS...

I don't know why, but I am getting around 30-70 FPS in CSS lately on some days, and also really bad ping of around 120-300... I am running dual monitors while I play, and have already tried "fps_max 300".

Any suggestions? :'(

I'm pretty sure. Even then, I don't think it would give me 60 FPS instead of the usual 200 or so.

im having the same problem in cs 1.6, source is fine for me. try changing some of your rates. what is your typical choke?

What are those console commands to highten your performance, besides fps max. Thats the only one I remember. Haha

Vsync, it limits your frame rate to your monitor's refresh rate.

Well gameplay is limited by you internet speed. Also, does it do it on all servers? It could be server side.
