using my laptop for PS2

a quick question for you guys

i still have a ps2...lol.....i havent upgraded yet

but i do have wi-fi in my house, but i dont want to drop $$$ for a receiver for my PS2 to play online.

my q is, can i use my laptop as the receiver, and if i could, how would i go among doing that?

you may possibly be able to bridge the connections but i havent done n e research its jus a guess

Do you have the old PS2 or the new slim one with the network adapter built in?

Plug in the network cable into the network port on the laptop, and then bridge that connection and the wireless.

oh yeha and click allow other computers to connect through this computer.

so when ihave the cable hooked up, i set up a ad hoc connection through my laptop. or is that wrong
