yeh i would think the same thing .. the usb2.0 card should be askin for stuff all.. it has to be a conflict but ive tried wat u said about takin the video card and hdd out.. ive had everythin possible out and only cpu, ram, usb2.0 card in and still nothing.. it doesnt make any sense
