ok so get this i have a 2.4 P4 proc and i recently bought a usb hub, but when i have that pluged in so i can plug in a use my head set, its because my computer only has 2 usb hubs, and if i take the usb hub off and plug in my PS2 mouse, and use my headset(USB) and keyboard(USB) my proc runs at 2% usage but if i plug in the USB hub and use my USB mouse it runs at 60% idling, not running anything. any reason why this is happening
