Urgent Development project - rational team concert

My friend has texted me this question, I have no clue to it, hoping someone can give advise ASAP, said its urgent. Anyhelp would be good i guess.


I am going to run a development project and will be using Rational Team Concert for defect tracking. The development is going to be carried out using Agile and the scrum master will be planning work using Visual Studio Online. Please can someone suggest if there is a way we can connect RTC and VS online so that defects can automatically be logged in Virtual Studio

**UPDATE** after looking into this abit more, I started to understand it. and found a system that would work called "Tasktop".

Can close this thread now.
