Yeah I did install the old CPU, but the heat sink I used (a free second hand stock one) had lots of compound on it and I had already applied thermal paste to the CPU... so lots of thermal paste which I probably didn't clean . I got an Artic cooler 7 now which had compound already applied... 35°C
Also I got a watt meter and even under heavy load my pc ~ 129W!!
