Upgrading a Prebuilt

Received this as a gift, figured I would want to put in a new video card, (maybe a GTX 770?). Would I need a new power supply if I were to upgrade the video card? Im also interested in overclocking, but dont know if I would need a new cooling system. The computer is an Acer Predator G3620. Im running it on a 2560x1600 monitor, so I figure Id need something a bit more powerful. Id love to be able to raid in wow with max settings, since I usually lag on medium-low settings during big fights.

Any help is appreciated since I suck at this kind of stuff.

Those are not K series cpu's listed in the specs. The chips are locked.
As for the vid card you speced, I'd go with a Corsair AH850 power supply.

As setishock stated that cpu is locked, therefore can not be overclocked, regarding the gtx 770 it needs a min 600w psu (branded psu like corsair, ocz seasonic etc) 650w if looking to sli in future.
