Upgrading a DELL

So I got myself a dell, extremely cheap, got a coupon and a deal, basically $800 for quad core q6600 and 3gb RAM, etc. Although the video card is total garbage, so planning on getting this:

Now the dell is PCI-E, there should be no issue with upgrading this correct? Uninstall ATI drivers, install the video card, logon, install nvidia drivers, and alls well correct?

Just want to make sure there aren't any other issues before I go ahead and buy it.

Yes you are correct on the steps, but don't buy that video card, it's horrible (for the price). Order this from this same website, HD4850. This card is much much faster than the one you linked. Newegg is a very trustworthy website. Many members from this forum (who live in US) order their parts from there, myself included.

Yeah I've built many pc's, but haven't done anything in a while, my brother just called me up and told me to order from newegg instead as I'd save a ton :p.

Probably going to go with

That, think the size will be an issue, if not, what about power?
