Try:
chkdsk /B
instead - this will re-evaluate all bad clusters on the drive as well as do the checks that the /r switch performs.
After that, try another SFC.
Is explorer still acting up for you after these steps so far?
Yea it was still acting up for some reason. I eventually just used a repair disk to fix the windows folders and files. Now its work fine, but thanks for all the help you gave me up to now. :]
