It won't transfer heat better than water, but that's a moot point since conductive fluids and corrosion are not healthy for computers.

No water cooling is better than this.

With water cooling you utilize a radiator to dissipate the heat collected from the cpu.

With a submerged pc the container just holds onto the heat as a glass walled aquarium isn't exactly the best radiator.

Also in terms of water cooling you are focusing the cooling potential on one exact sport, the core whereas with submerged cooling, you cool everything, including things that don't need to be kept cool.

i saw a video on youtube where some one used a small car radiator, and a industrial water pump and did it with mineral oil, his temps still wherent that great id wrather wc.

Mineral oil will kill the pump, it's too viscus.
