Two commuted powers in Parallel

I wish to know whether is it electronically possible, safe to connect two commuted powers (such as laptops chargers) in parallel; So, I raise intensity & power, as I keep up with the same voltage?

Basically is possible, technically hard to do with laptop original chargers because they are impulse chargers.
In real life it is never needed because minimal charger power is 65W, but usually any laptop doesn't use never more than 35W. If uses, then is something very wrong.
