I have a strange problem when replaying video on my second monitor on my GTX 460 card.
When playing a video such as tv on demand i get two areas that sometimes when the video pans these two areas can become for a split second out of sync. Also when the display changes quickly to another scene the two areas for a few milliseconds still show the old frame.
The two areas are the about 4cm from the very top and very bottom of the screen.
Drivers are up to date and the refresh rate is at 60 which is correct for the monitor im using. I have tried also disabling the hardware acceleration and that has made no difference.
The first monitor using the same graphics card does not do it much but if it does it is very unnoticeable unless you are looking for it to happen.
